A Break Down of Our Standard Fees & Charges
Administrative Set Up Fee
We charge a one-time administrative fee of $195 to set up your account with Florida Coastal Property Management.
Monthly Management Fee
We offer a variety of packages for owners to chose from. These packages range from non-management, with a one-time fee equivalent to one month's rent, to complete management at 10% of the monthly management.
Tenant Procurement Fee
A tenant "finder's fee" of 50% of one full month's rent shall be charged for the acquisition of a new tenant for any complete management contract.
Renewal Fee
It is our job to keep good tenants in your property. When a tenant renews a lease we charge a $195 renewal fee.
Tenant Fees
Florida Coastal Property Management collects & retains 100% of all "fees" charged to tenants.

We allow prospective tenants to pay the applications fees online with PayPal. This streamlines the process and eliminates the hassle of having to come to our office to pay the application fee.
