For Owner Prospects
General Guidelines
All of our prospective residents age 18 and older are screened through the credit bureau, with criminal back ground checks, employment verification, prior landlord verification and other checks as warranted.
Photos are taken and maintained regarding each property on move in and move out of each tenant. We notify the tenant by state law if there will be a claim on their security deposit.
Typically and with each owner we will collect a $350 non-refundable pet deposit on each pet. However, this amount may be reduced for each additional pet. The non refundable deposit is held in our escrow account under the owners name and when the tenant vacates may be used for repairs or pet damage.
Each tenant is required to professional clean the carpet on move out and provide management with receipt, if not management will have the unit professionally cleaned and deduct the cost from the tenants security deposit.
