General Community Rules

Trash cans, trash and other waste must be kept out of sight and/or in the garage unless it is trash day.
Trash, cigarette butts, and personal property are to be disposed of by tenant and not strewn about the community area.
Any exterior changes made to the property or the house, aside from lawn upkeep, must be approved by the landlord and the governing body for the community.
Any animal defecation must be picked up and disposed of properly.
Follow parking guidelines and regulations for residents and guests, failure to do so could result in the vehicle being towed.
Please ensure that the lawn, shrubs, and flower beds are neatly mowed and trimmed on a regular basis.
Violations of community rules could result in a warning or fine. If you receive a fine from the community, YOU are responsible for paying for it.
