General Community Rules

  • Trash cans, trash and other waste must be kept out of sight and/or in the garage unless it is trash day.
  • Trash, cigarette butts, and personal property are to be disposed of by tenant and not strewn about the community area.
  • Any exterior changes made to the property or the house, aside from lawn upkeep, must be approved by the landlord and the governing body for the community.
  • Any animal defecation must be picked up and disposed of properly.
  • Follow parking guidelines and regulations for residents and guests, failure to do so could result in the vehicle being towed.
  • Please ensure that the lawn, shrubs, and flower beds are neatly mowed and trimmed on a regular basis.
  • Violations of community rules could result in a warning or fine. If you receive a fine from the community, YOU are responsible for paying for it.
  • If you are unsure of a communities rules and regulations please ask management and we will clarify the issue for you.
