Convenient Payment With PayPal!

For the convenience of our prospective tenants we have set up a PayPal account to receive application fees without the hassle of having to come to our office.  All you need is a PayPal account and you're ready to go!  PayPal is a safe, secure site that ensures that your valuable financial information is protected when you purchase goods and services online.  To learn more about PayPal please visit their website.

If you do not have a paypal account, but do have a credit card we can send you a PayPal invoice for the application fees please contact us via email at rentals@floridacoastaljax.com or call our office at 904-249-7676.  Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process the invoice request and as always if you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact us!
You will be contacted once the screening process is complete. Please allow 48 hours. Once contacted you will have 72 hours to sign a lease. At that time you will be required to pay the security deposit with certified funds Additionally there is a 1 time, $75 leasing fee due at lease signing.
There may be a other charges to rent this condo or home so please check with management for this information.
